I got a flat tire while in Santa Barbara and brought my car to the BMW dealership for repair. I was told I needed to manually submit a reimbursement claim, which I did immediately. Three months later, the claim was denied because apparently the claim had to be approved BEFORE the tire was even removed from the car.

I had one of the most disappointing car shopping experiences I’ve ever had at Century West BMW.
I reached out about potentially getting into an X5M because I’m unhappy with my current GLE63S lease. I provided my VIN and was completely transparent about my current payment of $2,314/month. After discussing options, I was called back and told there was an “amazing deal” on an XM — $1,680/month with $5,000 down.

Don't waste your time; do your service elsewhere. I was supposed to have a service appointment today, and I changed my work schedule because of this. Someone called me and said they cant give me a loaner, and I need to reschedule. I said it's ok, let's reschedule. The person gave me some dates, and I chose an appointment for January 8, 3 pm. We have owned 7 BMW's over the past 30 years. Many of them purchased from Century West BMW. In the past year we have experienced severe rudeness and unhelpfulness from the service department. Lately in our NEW X5 hybrid had a leak in it during the last rain. The service department is telling us that it is our fault and will not cover it. The worst part is that they have the car and tell us they will keep it until we pay the $3,000 bill.
Now I am forced to call customer relations, other dealerships and managers.

Just bought my car less than 6 months ago and I unfortunately got a nail in my tire. When I arrived at my appointment, they advised they did not have this tire in stock and that they would be ordering more but that I would need to wait until this afternoon or come back tomorrow. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Century West BMW through salesperson Fabie Dashti. Before completing the purchase, he acknowledged an existing problem with the car and clearly promised that the dealership would repair it. Unfortunately, that promise has not been honored.
Since the purchase, I have contacted him multiple times by text and email (including on August 4, 2025) but received no proper response. After several follow-ups, I was told only that “the person in charge is not available” and that I “might have to bring the car in,” without any clear resolution. Alejandro Rodriguez (Client advisor) and Used car sales manager Sal were deceptive in the agreed upon terms for the purchase details of my BMW CPO $50K+ vehicle I purchased from Century West BMW.
The terms of the sale were clear and agreed upon. The method of shipping paid for was via enclosed / covered shipping. I was quoted 2 different prices for covered vs open bed truck shipping to my home.

The service department was highly organized, efficient, and courteous. I had no problems whatsoever! They got me in quickly and dealt directly with my insurance company for the repairs. They kept me posted throughout the entire process.
I have a customer of this dealership for about 30 years, and it has declined in my opinion. They charge for paying with a credit card, and I just brought my car in for a service, and making an appointment was an adventure, and not a good one. I’m thinking on going to another dealership. The only thing that’d was good was my Service agent Doug!
Ive been to maybe 5 or 6 BMW service departments and Century West is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable.
Brought my BMW in for service and the service was exceptional thanks to Eddie. Eddie made dropping off my car and picking it up almost like i never left it. I was offered an Uber home and back and given water while Eddie make sure to make a good walk around video. When i received my vehicle car was washed and vacuumed complete in the inside. I highly recommend Century West BMW.

Never had to complain servicing my vehicles at Century West! Been purchasing and leasing vehicles from this store since 2001. Somehow, I always go back and this goes back to the great service and sales team. Doug and the team at Century West BMW are our only BMW doctors, go see them if you ever need your BMWs serviced or repaired.

Service personnel really do not seem to care about customers. Follow through is limited to texting when the car is ready and going to the cashier for pick up. Avoid them if possible.
Eddie was great! Oil Service was quicker than most other dealers. Only downside is that I have to take the 405 to get there!!! 🙂

Brian Hough is the absolute best. He is a complete professional...no pressure and always available to answer questions and explains all work to be done. Fantastic communication. All work done on my car was done 100 percent to my satisfaction. I was especially impressed with the wax detail on my car. They were able to buff out some of the stubborn dull spots. Staff were courteous and approachable specially Mr Doug McLure, my assigned service advisor who maintains a good rapport with customers. The ambiance in the customers lounge is pleasantly arranged where customers are offered with coffee and donuts.
Not happy with the charge for 252 dollars just for inspection . When they have the multi point inspection for free and they don’t even inspect the car correctly
Mark King did an exemplary job in completing the transactions for our new iX on a remote basis. It's easy to leave a great review when everything goes super smoothly but even when we had a bit of a glitch Mark stepped up and made the deal go through easily. It was a pleasure working with him, and we would do so again.

They performed my first scheduled service visit, installed updates for a recall which included other updates solving an Apple CarPlay GPS drift issue and ordered a replacement part so all in all a great experience!
The people that work here are lovely… avoid BMW of BevHills at all cost. I’ve bought both my BMWs from BevHills and made the mistake of taking them in for service in the past, was the worst experience of my life, and I served in the US Navy during Operation Iraqi/Enduring Freedom. Century West employees are great… so much so that I drive here from WeHo for the exceptional service.
I've worked with Douglas for many years and he's one of the best service guys! Very prompt and helpful. Also this BMW location takes great care of their customers and do the small touches like wash and vacuum your car after services have completed. I really like this location.

Service Advisor was off the day I picked up car. Had to chase the car down. No one seemed to own the situation. After I paid, I realized I had a $50 gift card. They would not allow me apply since "ticket was closed". It just laziness. Your telling me the transaction could not be modified 2 minutes later. That's the kind of thing that leaves a bad taste in people's mouth. After coming here for 15 years, I'll be going elsewhere.

It took almost 2 weeks for the repair eventually i was told it was because the part wasn’t available . I was never offered a loaner car. The rep didn’t suggest I take my car back and wait for the part to arrive. I spent a lot of money on Ubers until the repair was finally completed.

Poor communication. General organization is not what I would expect. Very inflated prices. What they do, attitude, communication, service, against what the total cost does not match. You pay for premium but basically get average service. Side note, the video inspection of the car is good. I like that.
Not impressed. I had a question about my lease; left three messages and sent a few emails to dealership. Never got a call back. Never got an email reply. I am about to lease my 3rd BMW, and will NOT be considering Century West. Now they want me to renew lease with them...hahahaha.
