Always pleasant to work with and attention to the customer when they arrive has gotten better. A lot quicker. Followed Covid protocols which was very much appreciated.Overall I would like BMW to stop automatically booking me a service appt. I also was not notified that there were two recalls on my car. I don't think this was the local dealership's responsibility, but would like to see it brought to corporate's attention.
Outstanding experience from start to finish. Mark had made my experience smooth, quick, and transparent. Mark was even flexible to hold the vehicle for me until I was ready to the the process the following week. I would also like to add as well that Miguel (BMW Genius) and Neviana (Finance) had been very courteous, knowledgeable and overall such a pleasure to work with. Thank you, would certainly be coming back for my next BMW here.
I took my car in for service. They were quick, efficient and very conscious of proper COVID precautions. I felt safe and well taken care of.
