The Repair Process
Eight stages, documented at every step, so you always know where your vehicle stands.
After a collision we arrange towing to the nearest Network location of your choice. No appointment required — drive in or be towed in.
An experienced estimator inspects the vehicle and enters every point of visible damage into our estimating system for a free, comprehensive quote.
Collisions cause damage that can only be found once the vehicle is disassembled and the structure exposed. We document it and take it back to your insurer.
The shop foreman marks the vehicle panel by panel — replace fender, repair door, remove and install molding — so the repair plan is unambiguous.
The technician who performed the teardown carries out the repair: frame straightening, panel replacement with OEM parts, aluminum work in a dedicated clean room.
Bare metal is cleaned and primed, color is computer-matched and applied in layers with clear coat, then trim, glass, panels and electronics go back in and are reset.
Our team reviews every repaired and refinished area against our standards, then road-tests the vehicle to confirm structural integrity and electronic function.
The exterior is washed and polished, the interior cleaned, and your vehicle is handed back. Your insurance deductible is paid at pick-up.
Certifications
Manufacturer certification isn’t a logo on a wall. It means brand-specific technician training, factory repair procedures, approved equipment and genuine replacement parts — audited and renewed.
Network Auto Body holds manufacturer certifications across a wide range of brands. Century West BMW clients are handled by their BMW-trained collision team.
Peace of Mind
Network Auto Body warranties all workmanship on unibody, body and refinish work for as long as you own the vehicle. It’s transferable, and it’s honored at any Network Auto Body location.
Most manufacturer paint warranties run three to five years or 36,000–60,000 miles. This one runs as long as the car is yours.

Good to Know
No. You do not need an appointment to bring your vehicle in for an estimate or to leave it for repairs. Come in any time Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Yes. As an insured motorist you have the right to choose the repair facility. Your insurance company cannot refer or recommend a shop — commonly known as “steering” — unless you specifically ask for a referral. That’s the law.
No. By law you need only one estimate.
An initial insurance estimate reflects visual inspection only. Additional parts and labor are expected once the vehicle is disassembled. Network Auto Body performs a thorough inspection and contacts your insurer directly about anything that needs to be added.
Yes. Network Auto Body uses Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They will pick you up from the shop and take you to their office for your rental, then collect you again once repairs are complete. A limited number of on-site loaners are also available.
Yes. If you are going through an insurance company for the repairs, you need to notify them before work begins.
OEM parts are Original Equipment Manufacturer parts — made by the manufacturer of your vehicle. Aftermarket parts are new parts manufactured by companies other than the vehicle manufacturer. Opt-OEM parts are not supplied by the vehicle manufacturer, may be blemished, and carry no manufacturer warranty. Network Auto Body writes damage reports using OEM parts.
Your deductible is paid to Network Auto Body when you pick up your vehicle.
If you choose to, you may wash your vehicle the same day you pick it up.
Not when the repair is performed to manufacturer standards with genuine parts. Network Auto Body is a manufacturer-certified repair center that follows factory repair procedures and uses OEM parts, which is precisely why Century West BMW recommends them.
